Perfect Rice
- 1 cup rice
- 100 g vermicelli
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups water
- Place saucepan on heat and melt 1 tablespoon of Western Star Butter.
- Add scrunched-up handful of vermicelli and stir through.
- Add 1 cup of rice and stir through.
- Add 2 cups of water and bring to boil.
- Cover with lid and reduce heat to low.
- Cook on low for 20 minutes (approximately depending on your range).
- Add your choice of herbs/spices and stir through before serving.
