Easy Linguine with Clams

  1. Cook Linguine as per package directions.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat olive oil with butter until all butter is melted over medium heat.
  3. Add all garlic and brown.
  4. Drain clams, saving liquid.
  5. Add clam liquid, parsley, oregano and basil, heat until boiling.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add clams and cook stirring well for another 4 minutes while adding salt and pepper.
  7. Pour over linguine mixing well, serve by adding parmesan cheese and fresh black pepper.
