magic Cookie Bars

• 13 cup butter
• 1 12 cups digestive cookie crumbs
• 170 g Nestle sweetened condensed milk (plain)
• 1 12 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 egg

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Beat butter, condensed milk and egg until well blended.
3. Add cookie crumbs to mixture, blending well.
4. Pour mixture into 13x9 inch square baking pan.
5. Spread crumb mixture into pan WITHOUT PRESSING DOWN.
6. Once crumb mixture is evenly spread, sprinkle chocolate chips all over.
7. Press down with fork.
8. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
9. Cool, cut into slices, and ENJOY!
