Peach and Mint Waffles

• 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 8 Belgium waffles, toasted
• 425g can peaches, thickly sliced
• 1 tablespoon shredded mint leaves
• extra maple syrup, for drizzling

1. Combine Philly* and maple syrup until smooth.
2. Spread Philly* mixture onto waffles.
3. Top with peach slices and scatter with mint leaves.
4. Drizzle with extra maple syrup and serve.
