Hibiscus Coolers

• 4 hibiscus tea bags, brewed in
• 6 cups water, then cooled
• 1 cup honey syrup
• 1 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1 12 cups Bourbon
• 3 cups ice (shaved)
• 6 fresh mint leaves

1. Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher.
2. Serve over shaved ice.
3. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
