Amaretto Almond Liqueur

• 12 cup granulated sugar
• 14 cup dark brown sugar
• 34 cup water, very hot
• 12 cup corn syrup
• 1 12 cups vodka, 80-proof
• 1 tablespoon almond extract
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Combine the hot water with the sugars in a glass bowl.
2. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Add corn syrup and stir well.
4. Add vodka and flavorings and stir.
5. Store in a sealed container (I use empty liquor bottles).
