Tex-Mex Pizza Cups
- 1 can (391 g) refrigerated pizza crust
- 1-3/4 cups refried black beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup tightly packed shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Unroll pizza dough on lightly floured surface; roll to 1/8-inch thickness.
- Use 3-3/4-inch biscuit cutter to cut dough into 16 rounds, rerolling scraps as necessary.
- Press 1 dough round onto bottom and up side of each of 16 muffin pan cups.
- Fill with beans, adding about 2 Tbsp.

- Bake 9 to 10 min.
- or until crusts are lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, fill serving bowls with remaining ingredients.
- Serve pizza cups with toppings, letting each guest top their own cup.
