Tex-Mex Pizza Cups

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Unroll pizza dough on lightly floured surface; roll to 1/8-inch thickness.
  3. Use 3-3/4-inch biscuit cutter to cut dough into 16 rounds, rerolling scraps as necessary.
  4. Press 1 dough round onto bottom and up side of each of 16 muffin pan cups.
  5. Fill with beans, adding about 2 Tbsp.
  6. to each cup.
  7. Bake 9 to 10 min.
  8. or until crusts are lightly browned.
  9. Meanwhile, fill serving bowls with remaining ingredients.
  10. Serve pizza cups with toppings, letting each guest top their own cup.
