Sinigang na Bangus sa Miso

  1. Heat cooking pot and pour in cooking oil.
  2. Put the onions in when the oil becomes hot, and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the miso and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Put in the fish sauce and water, then stir.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add the tomatoes and the tamarind soup mix.
  7. Cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Put in the long green chilis and bangus (milkfish).
  9. Cook for 15-18 minutes in low heat.
  10. Finally, add the mustard leaves and turn off the heat.
  11. Cover the pot and let the residual heat cook the greens.
  12. Transfer to a serving bowl, and serve.
  13. Enjoy!
