Knob Creek Grilling Glaze

  1. Combine water, pineapple juice, Worcestershire Sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir occasionally until mixture boils, then reduce heat to a simmer.
  3. Squeeze the 1/2 head of garlic into the mixture; discard skins and whick garlic to combine (if you want a smooth sauce, feel free to process it at this point).
  4. Add lemon juice, onion, whiskey and cayenne pepper; simmer for about an hour or until sauce is slightly syrupy and reduced.
  5. Sauce is now ready for basting grilled or baked foods!
