Super Easy! Cubed Konnyaku Steak

  1. Score both sides of the konnyaku in a lattice pattern, before slicing it into cubes.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and add the konnyaku.
  3. Once browned, add the bonito dashi stock and cook well.
  4. Add the soy sauce and cook another a few minutes before adding the sesame seeds.
