Best Corn Chips
- 6 small corn tortillas
- corn or vegetable oil (for frying)
- salt
- Heat oil in small frying pan on medium.
- Place tortilla in pan.
- Carefully flip tortilla.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Salt immediately after removal from pan.
- Repeat for remaining tortillas.
- Break into smaller pieces to serve.
