Slow-Cooker Cranberry-Orange Pork Roast

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add meat; cook 4 to 5 min.
  3. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  4. Transfer meat to slow cooker.
  5. Mix cranberry sauce, dressing and soy sauce; pour over meat.
  6. Cover with lid.
  7. Cook on LOW 4 to 5 hours.
  8. Remove meat from slow cooker, reserving liquid in slow cooker.
  9. Cover meat to keep warm.
  10. Whisk remaining ingredients in small bowl until blended; stir into liquid in slow cooker.
  11. Cook, covered, on HIGH 10 min.
  12. or until thickened.
  13. Slice meat; place on platter.
  14. Drizzle lightly with sauce.
  15. Serve with remaining sauce.
