Venison Jerky

  1. Cut venison into 1/4" strips.
  2. remove all fat.
  3. Mix all other ingredients.
  4. Dip venison into sauce and lay on baking sheet.
  5. Dry in oven or over wood stove for 10- 12 hours at 150-175F.
