Venison Jerky
- 2 lbs venison
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- Cut venison into 1/4" strips.
- remove all fat.
- Mix all other ingredients.
- Dip venison into sauce and lay on baking sheet.
- Dry in oven or over wood stove for 10- 12 hours at 150-175F.
