Momma's Southern Fried Corn

  1. put corn in bowl and allow to thaw.
  2. do not drain... add sugar, flour, 1/2 butter and salt and pepper.
  3. mix corn mixture well.
  4. put bacon drippings in skillet when hot add corn mixture to skillet.
  5. add 1/2 cup water... keep 1/2 cup of water on stand by.
  6. extra water may be needed if con becomes dry.
  7. add the other 1/2 of the butter..
  8. cover and put on low and let cook about 40-45 minutes.
  9. it should have almost all the water absorbed off of the corn.
