Crispy Baked Breaded Chicken Wings
- 1-1/2 lb. chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 env. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Arrange chicken in single layer in shallow pan.
- Mix water, soy sauce, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce; pour over chicken.
- Let stand 1 hour, basting occasionally.
- Drain well, discarding marinade.
- Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package, omitting water.
- Place in single layer in ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Bake 25 min.
