Mc breakfast muffin, available all day :-)

  1. Add all ingredients together, (from the pork through to the sage), mix very well and form into patties.
  2. Rest the patties in the fridge.
  3. Steam eggs, (I'm a stickler for the term steam, most people call it poached, witch is technically incorrect.
  4. Eggs are held in cups above simmering water.)
  5. Cut muffins in half and lightly toast.
  6. Gently shallow fry patties either side.
  7. Assemble Pattie, cheese, egg, and ketchup in the muffin.
  8. Enjoy.
