Linguini With Clam Sauce Ala Giro's

  1. Saute' garlic and onions in the olive oil and butter.
  2. Add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, red pepper and tomatoes.
  3. Simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Add clams and clam juice to sauce.
  5. Reheat, no not over-cook the clams.
  6. Serve over hot linguini.
