Peach Cheesecake Parfait
- 1/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- 6 Honey Maid 40% Less Fat Graham Wafers, finely crushed (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 large fresh peaches, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 4 small fresh mint leaves
- Mix cream cheese product and Cool Whip until blended.
- Spoon wafer crumbs into 4 parfait glasses; top with cream cheese mixture.
- Use back of spoon to press down centre of cream cheese mixture in each glass.
- Top with peaches and mint.
- Serve immediately.
