Homemade macaroni and cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cook elbow macaroni on med-hi heat for 7-10 min or until tender
  3. Drain water, do not rinse noodles
  4. Mix in butter, cheese, and egg
  5. Add sour mustard, sour cream, salt, pepper, season salt, and milk
  6. Coat pan with pam or vegetable oil
  7. Pour in macaroni mixture cover and bake for 15-20 min
  8. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 min
