Homemade macaroni and cheese
- 1 box elbow macaroni
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 egg
- 2 pinch season salt
- 2 pinch salt
- 2 pinch pepper
- 4 bags of sharp cheese or 2 bags sharp cheese & 1 box cracker barrel cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cook elbow macaroni on med-hi heat for 7-10 min or until tender
- Drain water, do not rinse noodles
- Mix in butter, cheese, and egg
- Add sour mustard, sour cream, salt, pepper, season salt, and milk
- Coat pan with pam or vegetable oil
- Pour in macaroni mixture cover and bake for 15-20 min
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15 min
