Strawberry Creme Dessert

• 15 ounces ricotta cheese
• 2 ounces cream cheese
• 1 (6 g) packet sugar
• 12 cup fresh strawberries (or frozen and drained)

1. With mixer, blend together cream cheese, sweetener and berries for 1 minute on medium speed.
2. Scrape bowl and add ricotta cheese.
3. Mix 1 minute more to blend completely.
4. Chill for an hour.
5. Spoon into serving dish, layering in strawberries.
6. Garnish with strawberries and serve.
