Potato and Cabbage croquettes

  1. Take cabbage in a pan, and sprinkle some salt over it.
  2. Cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together potatoes, cooked cabbage and remaining ingredients.
  4. Shape into small croquettes, and roll each croquette into plain flour.
  5. Shallow-fry or deep-fry in oil till light golden.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any sweet-spicy sauce.
