How to Make Paneer

  1. Boil the milk.
  2. When the milk boils, add the vinegar.
  3. When the milk curdles fully, turn off the gas and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour mixture on to a cotton/muslin cloth and tie it with a tight knot.
  5. Put a heavy weight on it to drain the remaining water and make the paneer firm (drain for at least 2 hours).
  6. You can shape the paneer any way you want.
  7. Enjoy.
