Cheesy Lemon Butter

  1. In heavy pan mix eggs, juice, butter, sugar and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil while stirring over low heat, then cook for 3 minutes more.
  3. Remove from heat and cool.
  4. Beat Cream Cheese and lemon peel.
  5. When egg mixture is cool, blend into the cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Store in the fridge.
