Frozen Smoothie Cups
- 2 cups coconut water
- 13 cup almonds
- 2 cups spinach
- 14 cup of fresh mint
- 12 orange
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 14 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunk
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- Place the ingredients into a blender in the order listed.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a muffin tin.
- Freeze.
- After frozen, pop the "muffins" out and store in a freezer bag.
- Blend with some yogurt, more fruit, or other liquid and drink.
