Chicken Tava Tikka (chicken frying pan tikka)

  1. First grind all dry ingredients (from above 7 ingredients)
  2. Now mix all ingredients in Chicken for marinate.
  3. Keep in normal temperature for 4-5 hours..
  4. Now heat ur grill frying pan or normal frying pan or Indian non stick tava (me used non stick tava)
  5. Then drizzle one tspn oil or melted butter on grill pan or tava.
  6. Let it heat.
  7. Now place half Chicken.. Do it in two batches.
  8. Keep flame low.
  9. Cover it n let cook chicken slowly.
  10. Simmer the fire through out.
  11. After some time check it.. Colour ll change.
  12. Flip the chicken pieces... Spray some oil again.
  13. Cover it.. Keep eye on it otherwise it might get burn.
  14. Open lid.
  15. Prick the chicken..
  16. If it's soft enough.
  17. Do flame in high.
  18. Toss both sides.
  19. Colour ll come exactly in pic.
  20. It's done.
  21. Take out.
  22. Do same with remaining Chicken pieces.
  23. Enjoy with barbecue sauce or green dip.
  24. Onion n squeeze lemon juice.
