Chicken Tava Tikka (chicken frying pan tikka)
- 500 grams Boneless n skinless Chicken in small cubes
- 1 Dried Red chilli
- 1/4 tsp Carom Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Nigella Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 4 Green Cardamom
- 1 piece Bay leaf
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 Salt as per your taste
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 Oil or butter as needed
- First grind all dry ingredients (from above 7 ingredients)
- Now mix all ingredients in Chicken for marinate.
- Keep in normal temperature for 4-5 hours..
- Now heat ur grill frying pan or normal frying pan or Indian non stick tava (me used non stick tava)
- Then drizzle one tspn oil or melted butter on grill pan or tava.
- Let it heat.
- Now place half Chicken.. Do it in two batches.
- Keep flame low.
- Cover it n let cook chicken slowly.
- Simmer the fire through out.
- After some time check it.. Colour ll change.
- Flip the chicken pieces... Spray some oil again.
- Cover it.. Keep eye on it otherwise it might get burn.
- Open lid.
- Prick the chicken..
- If it's soft enough.
- Do flame in high.
- Toss both sides.
- Colour ll come exactly in pic.
- It's done.
- Take out.
- Do same with remaining Chicken pieces.
- Enjoy with barbecue sauce or green dip.
- Onion n squeeze lemon juice.
