Pork Roast With Tangy Sauce Recipe

  1. Combine salt, garlic salt and 1/2 tsp.
  2. chili pwdr; rub on roast.
  3. Place fat side up in shallow roasting pan.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees about 2 hrs till pork reaches 170 degrees on meat thermometer.
  5. Combine jelly, catsup, 1/2 tsp.
  6. chili pwdr and vinegar.
  7. Bring to a boil; simmer 2 min, uncovered; set aside.
  8. Brush with sauce 15 min before roast is done.
  9. Heat remaining sauce and serve with meat.
