Turkey kielbasa and spicy potatoes
- 1 McCormick perfect pinch southwest sweet n smoky spice
- 1 ring of turkey kielbosa
- 1 soy sauce (low sodium)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 can of whole potatoes(drained)
- in one pan put the kielbasa in and enough water to cover and shake some soy sauce in water 3 should be enough then put on burner on med.and let it cook make sure to poke kielbasa with fork to allow soy sauce to seep into the meat
- in the other pan add in the potatoes the butter and a couple shakes of the spice and heat on medium ,mix around with a wooden spatula until the butter and spice adhear to the potatoes ,keep moving the potatoes around so they don't stick or burn once they are warm enough take off burner n shut burner off as well
- the soy sauce n water mixture should be just about all gone by now so turn off the stove and cut up your kielbasa in what ever size pieces you wish and add potatoes to the plate and let the taste dance on your tounge as you eat
