Cajun Crawfish Sauce

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Saute garlic & shollots
  3. Add crawfish & creole seasoning.
  4. Sautee for 2 mins.
  5. Add cream, hot sauce, & Worcestershire.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce to simmer.
  8. Simmer until thickened or reduced by half.
  9. Add butter, salt, pepper, & green onions.
