Fried Rice

  1. Prepare veggies.
  2. If using canned bean sprouts, rinse, drain and pat dry.
  3. Work on high heat.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon oil; heat until hot.
  5. Add eggs; stir until soft scrambled.
  6. Put on side of wok. Add 2 tablespoons oil, bean sprouts, salt and mushrooms.
  7. Stir-fry 1 minute; move up on side with eggs.
  8. Remove wok from heat; wipe bowl with paper towel.
  9. Return to heat.
  10. Add remaining oil and heat; add rice and stir until hot.
  11. Add soy sauce; continue stirring until well mixed.
  12. Add green onions and meat.
  13. Return remaining ingredients to wok bowl; stir-fry for 1/2 minute.
