Baked Spaghetti Sirloin Casserole Plummerville

• 34 lb angel hair pasta, broken into pieces
• 1 12 lbs ground sirloin, cooked & drained
• 15 ounces tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon Accent seasoning
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 8 ounces cottage cheese
• 13 cup chopped green onion
• 13 cup chopped green pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cook noodles for approximately 4 minutes; drain.
3. Add tomato sauce, accent & salt; set aside.
4. Combine cheeses, green onions & green peppers.
5. In a 9x13 baking dish layer:.
6. 1/2 noodles.
7. all of cheese micture.
8. 1/2 noodles.
9. all of meat mixture.
10. Cook approximately 30 minutes.
