Almost Classic Meat Loaf Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine potatoes, crumbs, onion, ketchup, mustard, oregano, salt, Large eggs and garlic in a large bowl and stir mix well.
  3. Crumble grnd beef over potato mix and stir just till blended.
  4. Shape mix into an 8-1/2 by 4-1/2-inch loaf.
  5. Place loaf in an 11-by 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  6. Spread 1/3 c. ketchup over top of loaf.
  7. Bake at 375F for 1 hour and 15 min or possibly till an instant-read thermometer registers 160 degrees.
  8. Let stand 5 min before slicing.
  9. Meatloaf using "lean grnd beef" (WW''s est): 246 cals (31% cff), 8.4g fat.
  10. Serving Ideas : Mashed potatoes and peas.
