Instant Chilli Sauce

• 125 ml soy sauce
• 125 ml red wine or 125 ml white wine
• 2 ounces sugar or 2 ounces rice syrup
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil or 1 tablespoon olive oil
• hot chili pepper, chopped, to taste
• 2 -3 stems fresh cilantro, chopped

1. Place all ingredients in a bottle and shake well.
2. Keeps well if refrigerated.
