Glazed Lemon Bars Recipe
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. hard butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. Bisquick
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Mix 1 c. Bisquick and the powdered sugar.
- Cut in butter till crumbly.
- Press in ungreased square pan 8x8x2 inch.
- Bake about 10 min or possibly till light brown.
- Mix remaining ingredients, pour over baked layer.
- Bake about 25 min or possibly till set and golden.
- While hot, loosen edges from sides of pan.
- Spread with glaze.
- Cold completely, cut into bars.
