Diabetic Baked Custard Recipe

  1. Combine beaten egg with Equal, slowly add in skim lowfat milk and vanilla blending well.
  2. Pour mix equally into 2 custard c., top with nutmeg.
  3. Bake in pan of warm water in oven 325 degrees for about 1 hour or possibly till mix does not adhere to knife.
  4. If you rinse c. in cool water before pouring in mix, custard won't stick.
  5. 76 calories per serving.
