Choc Caramel Slice
- Base
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT* No Added Salt Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1 cup cornflakes
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- Caramel
- 400g can condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT* No Added Salt Smooth Peanut Butter
- Topping
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
- Combine the butter and peanut butter, pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
- Press into a lightly buttered and lined 30 x 20 cm slab pan.
- Bake at 190C for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Caramel: Combine condensed milk, golden syrup and peanut butter in a saucepan.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring continuously until caramel is golden brown.
- Pour caramel over base and top with chocolate.
- Refrigerate until set.
