Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding
- 125 grams Plain Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 120 grams Caster sugar
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 4 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 250 ml Milk
- 85 grams Butter, melted
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Chocolate sauce
- 185 grams Soft brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Coca powder
- 250 ml Boiling water
- Preheat oven to 180c.
- Sift flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder into a bowl.
- Add the milk butter, egg and vanilla extract and mix with electric beater until combined.
- Pour into 4 x 1 cup greased pudding moulds.
- Stir the sugar and cocoa powde in a bowl to combine, then sprinkle over the batter.
- Pour boiling water carefully over the puddings then bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve with thick cream.
