Mushroom Zucchini Noodles

  1. Run the zucchini through your spiralizer.
  2. Add the oil to a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Once hot add the onions and cook until soft, approximately 3 minutes.
  4. Add the mushrooms and cook until the water is cooked out, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add the flour and mix it into the vegetables until it is fully absorbed.
  6. Add the stock and cook until it begins to thicken up, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  7. Drop the zucchini noodles into the mushroom stock and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
