Lotza-Mozza Pizza
- 1 can (283 g) refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/3 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll dough on baking sheet.
- Pat out with hands to 12x8-inch rectangle.
- Spread evenly with pizza sauce to within 1/2 inch of edges; top with pepperoni, olives and cheese.
- Fold one-third of the dough over filling, starting at one of the long sides of dough.
- Repeat with remaining long side of dough.
- Firmly pinch seams together to seal.
- Place, seam-side down, on baking sheet.
- Prick dough with fork.
- Bake 18 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cut into slices to serve.
