Easy Salmon Puff
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 12 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 4 eggs
- 1 (14 ounce) can salmon, skin and bones removed
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- Heat oven to 375.
- Spray 9 inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
- Stir bisquick, milk, sour cream, dill weed and eggs with wire whisk until blended.
- Gently stir in salmon and cheese.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
