Galia Melon in Port
- 1/2 cup port wine
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 large melon peeled, cut into chunks
- 1 each pomegranate
- Warm wine and honey in microwave or over low heat on stove.
- Stir to mix.
- Place melon in serving bowl.
- Pour wine mixture over.
- Chill.
- Cut pomegranate in quarters; carefully remove seeds.
- Scatter seeds over melon.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
