Marinated Carrot Salad Recipe

  1. Cook carrots till tender, drain and cold.
  2. Slice the green peppers and mix with the carrots.
  3. Mix other ingredients together and pour over vegetables.
  4. Cover, marinate for 12 hrs.
  5. Drain if desired.
  6. Will keep in refrigerator 2 weeks.
