Barbequed Pork

  1. Combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, honey, food coloring, cinnamon, onion and garlic in large bowl.
  2. Add pork, turning tenderloins to coat completely.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, turning meat occasionally.
  4. Drain pork, reserving marinade.
  5. Place tenderloins on wire rack over baking pan.
  6. Bake in preheated 350F (180C) F oven, turning and basting often with reserved marinade, until cooked through, about 45 minutes.
  7. Remove pork from oven; cool.
  8. Cut into diagonal slices.
