Tabbouleh Salad
- 2 cups instant white rice, cooked, cooled
- 2 tomatoes, cut in half, seeded and chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions (about 5 onions), chopped
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- Combine rice, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in medium bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
