Blast from the Past Taco Salad

  1. Brown ground beef slightly, add chili powder, cumin, garlic and oregano.
  2. Continue browning until garlic is soft.
  3. Drain any grease; add drained beans; set aside and keep warm.
  4. In large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, cheese, lettuce, avocados and Fritos.
  5. Add ground beef mixture to the bowl and toss.
  6. Pour your favorite dressing over the salad, or let everyone choose their own.
  7. Serve while still warm.
