Mango Mousse
- 2 cups hot water (140F to 160F)
- 4 tsp. JELL-O Orange Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
- - PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. lime zest Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1 qt. prepared whipped topping
- 2 cups mangos, peeled, chopped Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- Stir hot water into gelatin mix until completely dissolved; set aside.
- Place cream cheese in large bowl of mixer fitted with whisk attachment.
- Beat on low speed 1 min.
- or until light and fluffy.
- Add lime zest and juice; beat just until blended.
- Gradually add gelatin mixture, beating on low speed after each addition until well blended.
- Fold in whipped topping and mangos.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Use as a filling for pastry shells or as a layer in fruit parfaits.
