Boysenberry Blueberry Salad Recipe
- 2 box Boysenberry jello (3 oz size), divided use
- 1 env unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. Cool water, divided use
- 2 c. Warm water, divided use
- 1 c. Half & half
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. Walnuts
- 20 ounce Blueberry pie filling
- FIRST LAYER: Prepare one box of Boysenberry jello according to package directions; pour into a 9" x 13" pan and chill till set.
- SECOND LAYER: Dissolve one envelope unflavored gelatin in 1/2 c. of cool water.
- Heat one c. of half & half with 1 c. of sugar and add in gelatin.
- Using mixer, add in vanilla and cream cheese and beat till smooth.
- While still hot, add in walnuts.
- Pour this mix over the first layer and refrigeate till set.
- THIRD LAYER: Dissolve one small box of Boysenberry jello and one c. of warm water.
- Add in blueberry pie filling, cold and pour over second layer.
- Chill till completely set and ENJOY!
