Chinese Meatloaf Recipe

  1. Brown meat and drain; add in all remaining ingredients.
  2. Bake, covered for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees, uncovered and sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
  3. Bake another 1/2 hour and serve with noodles.
