Emanon Salad Dressing
- 8 fluid ounces olive oil
- 2 fluid ounces vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt substitute
- 12 teaspoon white pepper
- 12 teaspoon celery salt
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- Put all of the ingredients, except the olive oil, into a food processor and process until well blended.
- With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil until it is all thoroughly incorporated.
- Chill thoroughly before serving.
