Apple Crisp Obsession - Sugar Free

  1. Mix ingredients apple, cinnamon and splenda in an oven safe bowl.
  2. Mix together oatmeal, pecans, syrup and butter.
  3. The mixture will be crumbly, top the apple mixture with the oatmeal mixture, bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
  4. Serve the apple crisp with a scoop of vanilla protein ice cream.
