Apple Crisp Obsession - Sugar Free
- 1 small apple, chopped in bite sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon splenda brown sugar
- 1 ounce of quaker weight control oatmeal (1 packet, it's got 7grams of protein)
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 14 teaspoon sugar free syrup (Torani)
- 1 teaspoon smart balance butter, melted
- Mix ingredients apple, cinnamon and splenda in an oven safe bowl.
- Mix together oatmeal, pecans, syrup and butter.
- The mixture will be crumbly, top the apple mixture with the oatmeal mixture, bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
- Serve the apple crisp with a scoop of vanilla protein ice cream.
