Taco Dip
- 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- Tortilla chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread beans in bottom of casserole dish 9 X 13.
- In large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning.
- Mix in garlic.
- Spread mixture over beans in casserole.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake 15-18 minutes.
- Top with olives, tomato and onion.
- Garnish with additional sour cream if desired.
- May also add fresh parsley and cilantro (2 Tbsp.) if desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
